This lady is so awesome. She lives with her grandma and was studying and had a towel on her head and no shoes but she chased them out of her garden, kicked one up the arse as he climbed a fence, they dropped a camera and laptop, she flagged down a passing driver to help her continue the pursuit, and they finally caught one of them in a park and pinned him as the police arrived. Now she’s going to visit the burglar in prison for the next few months to help with his rehabilitation.

So in summary:

This lady doesn’t just defend her home and loved ones, she will hunt you down, team up with other skilled individuals, get you put away, and then teach you the consequences of your actions until you’re a valuable member of society once more.

Seriously she’s a frigging superhero.

Working on this card game’s a blast. It’s a game all about playing cards on your opponents and yourself that increase the amount of rules they’re forced to deal with. Theming it as a bunch of psychics dueling each other just makes it that much cooler, as by the end of the game, most people’s brains and bodies will be pretty broken.

Break a rule and you lose.

I just spent this morning programming a system that allows me to rapidly make decent-looking cards. All the art is temporary for now.

If you click on the cards, you can see them in higher detail, and I’ve captioned them with notes about how I imagine they’d work in the game.

This games looks insanely fun!

Actually there are good side effects! I don’t recall exactly, but if I’m not mistaken, a family member was treated with a Parkinson medicine because of its side effect of curing headaches.

I haven’t heard yet of one that causes extreme sexiness, but if you hear about it, let me know! xD

You know how some shows have those “previously on this show” bits at the beginning? What if you did a whole show at that pace? Tiny little snippets of just the most important bits of the story, no clip lasting more than 2 seconds, with dramatic music in the background, but do that for a whole hour until you have a show.

Actually, something like this exists! It’s called “Previously on Point Dume”. Though I can only find the first episode for some reason…

But it’s a great episode!

After over a year of working in this game, we finally have launched it!

It was our first game and we’ve learned a lot. Now, we’ll keep on learning from it.
